Jennifer Sodetz, DVM
Dr. Jennifer, a Chicago native, brings a unique blend of artistic and veterinary expertise to her practice. After earning her BA and MA from New York University, she worked in museum administration, including at The Getty Museum in Los Angeles, before pursuing her passion for animal care by obtaining her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Midwestern University in 2019. Dr. Jennifer is certified in Fear Free Practice and has special interest in acupuncture, geriatric medicine, behavior, and improving access to care.
A dedicated mentor, Dr. Jennifer supports Midwestern University's VetCORE group, providing vital veterinary services to pets of people experiencing homelessness. She also volunteers regularly with veterinary outreach programs on the Navajo Nation and has volunteered on Wildlife Conservation Medicine projects from Namibia to Thailand.
In her personal life, Dr.Jennifer enjoys spending time with her deaf Sheltie, Finian, and Chihuahua-doodle, Biscuit, as well as practicing yoga, traveling, and hiking.
Carrie Sander, DVM
Dr. Carrie Sander was born and raised in northern Wisconsin. After moving to Phoenix, she started working in the veterinary field and now has about 20 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals! She attended veterinary school at Midwestern University in Arizona and received her DVM in 2019. When not working, Dr. Carrie loves anything outdoors, especially when it involves seeing wildlife. She and her husband currently have 3 kitties: Roo (aka Rupert), Baby-gorgeous, and Mr. Papagiorgio.
Kaitlyn Sullivan, DVM
Dr. Sullivan, a Mississippi Gulf Coast native, moved to Arizona for veterinary school at Midwestern University, where she graduated in 2020. Enchanted by the desert’s beauty, she decided to make Arizona her home. She now practices with Valet Vet, where she specializes in preventive care, dermatology, pain management, and palliative care. Dr. Sullivan is passionate about providing veterinary services in the comfort of pets' own homes, believing it offers the best environment for their well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband, their three children, and their pets: two dogs, Lexie and Ollie, and a cat named Chicken.

Gina Lee Finney, DVM, MBA, CHPV
Dr. Gina was born and raised here in North Phoenix. She started working in the veterinary field in 1996. Dr. Gina pursued her veterinary education abroad attending both Ross University Veterinary School in Saint Kitts and Nevis and St. Matthew’s Veterinary School in the Cayman Islands. Dr. Gina spent her clinical rotations at Oklahoma State University Teaching Hospital in Stillwater, OK, and graduated with her DVM in 2009 from St Matthew’s University. Three years later, Dr. Gina went on to earn her MBA in medical management. Dr. Gina has a passion for helping pet parents with geriatric pets or pets who have been diagnosed with incurable diseases as she is one of Arizona’s first veterinarians certified in veterinary hospice and palliative care (CHPV). When not practicing, Dr. Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, Gerry, her three young children, her 2 dogs, Poppy and Rory, and her tortoise, Mr. T.
Leigh – Practice Administrator
Leigh began working in the veterinary field in 1995, working part-time as a receptionist while attending college for Medical Laboratory Technology. After earning her degree, she realized that her heart belonged more in animal medicine and received her Veterinary Technician certification in 2001. She has been working in the field ever since and comes to Valet Vet with over 10 years of veterinary management experience.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Leigh headed south to sunny Arizona in 2012 with her husband and a car full of pets. They are SO happy to not be shoveling snow anymore! In her spare time, you’ll find Leigh hiking, working out, or reading. She and her husband are self-proclaimed “wine snobs” and enjoy discovering new vineyards that are popping up throughout the state. They also routinely go camping with their 2 energetic pittie pups, who love hiking, swimming, and riding in the ATV
Raeann – Technician, Operations
Raeann was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ! She knew from a young age, that animals were her passion. In her sophomore year of high school, her family found and took in a little puppy that ended up coming down with parvovirus. She found her calling when the veterinary staff was able to successfully treat and save her little Lily-Pitt. Raeann graduated from Kaplan College with her Associates in Occupational Studies in November of 2011 and has been loving working in the field since then. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family; her husband (Skyler), son (Tatum), 2 dogs (Chase and Eleanor), 3 cats (Ace, Jackson, and Cedric), and ball python (Oliver). She also enjoys all things Harry Potter and Minnesota Vikings. SKOL!
Gina -CVT, Client Relation Specialist
Gina grew up in the Monterey Bay area of California. She has always loved the animal world. Gina graduated from the California State University of Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Animal Science. She has been actively working in the veterinary field since 1998 and has volunteered at the Monterey Bay Aquarium preparing meals for all the different animal exhibits. Gina moved to Arizona in 2008 and became a CVT in 2013. She has had 18 years of experience, not only as a pet care provider but as a client relationship specialist. She believes that the pet parents are just as important as the fur kids. When not working she enjoys gardening, running, cooking, and spending time with her siblings and extended fur family.
Taylor - Dispatch and Logistic Coordinator
Taylor has been working in the veterinary industry for eight years. Before joining Valet Vet, she worked with all sorts of furry and scaly friends. (From otters to alligators and everything in between) Taylor then took a short break from vet med to dabble in the construction field where she learned the process of planning, implementing, and controlling the movement of services which will come useful as the new logistics coordinator. She currently has two fur babies of her own, a pug named Kiwi and a boxer named Kandi. Growing up with boxers all her life, she’s a little bias towards the “squished nose” breeds. Taylor and her twin sister are Arizona natives and love everything AZ has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new sushi restaurants with her boyfriend, cheering on the AZ cardinals or PHX suns, and snowboarding. Her passion for helping animals (especially in their golden years) and their owners is what drives her career in veterinary medicine and she is very happy to be back in the field!
Monica –Office Manager, Technician
Monica has been in the veterinary field since February 2020, she attended Pima Medical Institute and graduated from their Veterinary Assistant Program. Monica has loved animals since she was a little girl and has always considered her own pets family. It’s only a dream come true to not only work with them but help them and their parents. In her free time, she really loves spending time with her boyfriend, their baby girl, and their 2 fur babies. She really enjoys traveling, and making new family traditions and memories with her little family.
Lauren – Technician
Lauren began working in the Veterinary field in 2012, she started out as a kennel attendant and knew then, that this was the career path for her!
She loves working with all kinds of animals and has a few of her own.
She has lived in Arizona all her life and in her spare time, likes to travel all over the state to site see, hike & camp.
Feliciana- Technician, Pharmacy Specialist
Feliciana was born and raised here in Arizona. She has been in the veterinary field since 2016 after finishing her Veterinary Assistant certification with Pima Medical Institute. She joined the Valet Vet family in March of 2022. Her love for animals and passion for helping them has made this job even more fulfilling. She is a cat mom to 2 kitties, Gracy and Larry. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and binge-watching new shows with her husband.
Makenna- Technician, Senior Living Liason
Makenna’s love for animals started young, as her family always kept a busy household full
of furry friends. She attended West-MEC while she was in high school and turned her love
for animals into a career by graduating in 2022 with her Veterinary Assistant certification.
She joined the Valet Vet family in the spring of 2024.
Makenna has two dogs of her own and hopes to eventually increase that number! She
enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with friends and family in her free time.
Karah- Client Engagement Specialist
Karah was born in Oregon and moved to Arizona when she was 11. She’s been working in
the veterinary field since 2022 and loves being able to make a difference in the lives of pets
and their families. She joined the Valet Vet family in the spring of 2024.
Karah is happily married to her husband of 15 years. They have 3 beautiful daughters and
2 crazy dogs, Freya and Jane. When she’s not at work, Karah enjoys family outings and
activities and exploring the desert.
Gabby- Technician
Gabby was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She has been around animals her entire life and volunteered for a local cat shelter throughout high school. Gabby has been in the field for almost 3 years, starting as a receptionist, making her way to assisting and finally becoming a technician. In college, she decided to change her major halfway through in order to get her BA in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She graduated recently in May of 2024, and is planning to attend Veterinary school in the fall of 2025! Her other passion besides animals is baking. She currently has a zoo at home with 5 cats, 4 herding dogs, and a little crested gecko.
Savannah- Technician
Vann was born in Colorado and moved to the big AZ in 2021. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2016 and loves to be an advocate for pets and their parents. She has had a passion for animals since she was young and knew she had a knack for comforting them through hard or painful times. In her spare time she loves to feed stray cats, craft, and cook. She could be described as someone who has "too many hobbies to keep up", but does find time to relax whenever possible.
